Hi Len. I don't know it you remember me but I came by last Friday on my way across Canada. My van had a signal switch problem. I told you I would get back to you and here I am. I got to Williams Lake although signaling was a problem. I went from no signal to reversed signals. I never really knew what I would get, so I was glad to have the new switch installed. The service was fine and the switch works great but...there was not the commitment to service that you and your staff have. Thanks so much for everything.
When you go to my website at www.questacrosscanada.com you will find your Auto shop mentioned and a link to your website in my daily commentary for that day. I have also put your website on my “Friends of the Quest page” and raved about your service to my Pemberton Friends. I hope you get some business out of it. Yesterday I got an email from the Photographer listed there who has had 3 confirmed engagements directly from the website. Thanks for your help. If you are ever in the Toronto area (It could happen) email me and I will return the generosity. Until then, I will just pay it forward.
PS, the woman in the front office is very personable and I love the way she treats the clientele. I sat there for some time while you worked on the van and I couldn't help but notice the way she deals with customers. She seems to really enjoy her job and that translates to customer satisfaction. Thanks again.
